2. From the moment you start using www.aknadkoju.ee or do any activity on this website, you will be deemed to be familiar with the terms and conditions in force at the time of its use and will comply with them. Every user of the website has a duty to read the rules on a regular basis in order to keep up-to-date on their changes. If you do not agree with the terms of use, you may not use the website.

5. As the sale of the goods offered at www.aknadkoju.ee takes place through an Internet-based transaction, in accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the Buyer and the Seller enter a Distance Agreement.

7. When requesting from “WITRAZ” Ltd. or a representative of the company, to make changes to an incomplete order, please note that the changes can be submitted by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by contacting “WITRAZ” Ltd. by calling: +371 67405400.

8. If “WITRAZ” Ltd. has found errors and/or inaccuracies in the prices or descriptions of the product on the website www.aknadkoju.ee, they have the right to unilaterally cancel the Distance Agreement up to the point the payment for the particular product has been processed. As an exception, “WITRAZ” Ltd. may cancel a Distance Agreement in cases where the Distance Agreement due to the other party's malicious activity, deceit or coercion; due to a shortage of goods; due to excessive loss suffered by either party; due to late payments, as well as other cases specified in the regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

9. All prices of goods in the online shop www.aknadkoju.ee are displayed including the 21% value added tax. Delivery, installation and assembly costs are not included in the displayed price.

10. You can pay for the ordered goods via bank transfer.

11. The ordered product must be received within three working days from the moment that www.witraz.lv has declared that the order is ready for receipt.

12. Some photos and schemes are informative in nature, and the resolution of the monitors may vary. We advise you to familiarize yourself with the production materials at the store-warehouse of “WITRAZ” Ltd. (15/25 Jurkalnes Street, LV-1046, Riga).

13. While the Buyer has not paid for the goods, the property rights to these goods belong to „WITRAZ” Ltd.

14. "WITRAZ" Ltd. has the right to unilaterally change the contents of the website www.aknadkoju.ee, its terms of use, prices and / or create new services at any time. Such changes will come into force after they have been published on www.aknadkoju.ee.

15. If you have changed your mind and decided to decline the purchase, the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 255 “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts” (Cabinet Regulation No. 255) stipulate that the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the purchased goods back to the Seller. 16. When discovering defects in the product, the Buyer must act as follows:

• find an invoice for the purchase of the item,
• must report the problem by sending a free form complaint to the e-mail address [email protected] (the invoice number of the order is required in the submitted complaint),
• if possible, the complaint should be accompanied by photographs clearly showing the defect of the goods.

The complaint will be dealt with within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint by sending a reply to the contact address indicated in the complaint.

17. The online store www.aknadkoju.ee reserves the right to not fulfill the order, if the online store fails to contact the customer via the specified phone number or e-mail.

18. www.aknadkoju.ee rights and obligations regarding the processing and protection of personal data are regulated by the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia, including the Personal Data Protection Law. www.aknadkoju.ee uses the Buyer's personal data only for fulfillment of the order. www.aknadkoju.ee does not disclose the personal data of the Buyer, which the Buyer has submitted on the order, to third parties, except in cases provided for in the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

19. All data sent or entered on the website www.aknadkoju.ee becomes the property of “WITRAZ” Ltd., which “WITRAZ” Ltd., as the owner of the website www.aknadkoju.ee, is entitled to use for its own purposes, except for the personal data of the Buyer.

20. Any disputes or disagreements related to the fulfillment of the general terms of sale shall be settled by mutual negotiations. In the event of non-regulated disputes or disagreements between “WITRAZ” Ltd. and Buyer, each party shall be entitled to protect their rights in accordance with the procedures specified in the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
